Information handled on the page
Directory search, filters, comparison choices, and support-plan entries are processed in the visitor’s browser by the theme. The theme does not send those values to WordPress, place them in theme storage, or create a YouMatter account.
- Reloading or leaving the support-plan page clears entries unless the browser itself restores form state.
- Printing or saving a PDF is controlled by the visitor’s device and may create a local file or print history.
- Following an outside provider link sends the request to that provider under its own privacy policy.
Current platform and technical request data
At the August 25, 2026 production audit, YouMatter was served through Wasmer and WordPress 7.1 on PHP 8.3. SureRank supplied search metadata. The theme closes public comments and adds no public account, registration, crisis-message, or support-intake form.
Wasmer, WordPress, security systems, and enabled plugins may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include the requested URL, IP address, browser and device details, referral page, timestamp, security events, and administration or protection cookies. Retention is controlled by the applicable hosting, WordPress, security, backup, and plugin settings rather than one universal theme setting.
Google measurement, advertising, and consent
At that audit, the active production stack included Google Site Kit, Google tag GT-5NX884NP, Google Tag Manager container GTM-NMZG25CF, and AdSense publisher ca-pub-4474538763713855. Google Funding Choices is the configured consent-message layer and may be served according to region and account configuration.
Before Google tags run, the theme sets ad storage, analytics storage, ad user data, and ad personalization to denied. Functionality and security storage remain granted. The consent layer can update those values after a visitor makes a choice. Under Google’s advanced consent mode, Google scripts may still load and send limited cookieless requests while storage is denied; consent mode is not itself a consent banner.
Depending on consent, configuration, region, and Google policy, these services may process the page URL, IP and device information, referrer, timestamp, consent state, interaction or measurement events, advertising data, cookies, and other identifiers. The theme does not require advertising or analytics to display provider facts, official links, filters, comparison, or the support-plan worksheet.
Your choices
Visitors can use the Funding Choices message where it appears, use browser privacy controls, avoid entering private information into the printable worksheet, and contact Mello Zone about a privacy concern. The Mello Zone contact route is a separate site and is governed by its own form and privacy handling.
- Do not send crisis disclosures or sensitive health details through the Mello Zone contact form.
- Clear site data in the browser to remove cookies or local browser state.
- Review the outside provider’s privacy and emergency-intervention terms before contact.
- Ask Mello Zone which service controls a particular cookie or network request if the consent layer or this disclosure is unclear.
Privacy questions
Use the Mello Zone contact route for privacy or data-handling questions. Include the public page, approximate date, and the browser or feature involved, but do not include private health information.
