Reputation does not make a service accessible. Before contact, check whether the service’s phone, text, chat, relay, language, scheduling, cost, location, and identity requirements work for you.
Build a practical fallback
Save a second service that uses a different contact method. If speaking is difficult, look for text or browser chat. If privacy at home is limited, check whether the service sends notifications or appears clearly on phone and billing records.
Ask directly about accommodations that are not documented. A clear answer—or the absence of one—is useful information when deciding whether to proceed.
